This Privacy Policy only applies to data gathered on the FoodGrads.com web site (the “Site”), and does not apply to any other information or web site. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may update it from time to time. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2016. Each time you visit the Site or provide us with information, you are, by doing so, accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy at that time. You agree that by using the Site you are expressly and affirmatively consenting to our collection, use and disclosure of the information that you provide, and consenting to receive emails, as described below in this Privacy Policy.

Our Services allow you to explore careers, evaluate educational or job opportunities, and seek out, and be found for, career opportunities. Your profile can be found by those looking to hire (for a job or a specific task) or be hired by you.

You can submit your resume or profile information when interested in a job opportunity or need to share information with employers. We may use your profile and activity to recommend jobs to you and you to employers or recruiters.

Employer Services

Our Employer Services allow paying users (employers within the industry) to search for and contact our FoodGrad members through our services, such as searching for and contacting job candidates, manage talent and promote content through social media.

Our industry clients can export limited information from your profile, such as name, experience, current company, current title, and general location (e.g., Toronto). Our industry clients can store information collected about you in our Employer Services, such as a resume or contact information.

When you create a FoodGrads profile you will have choices about the information you provide, such as your education, work experience, skills, photo and area. Our business clients are required to provide a profile on their company and to share details on job posting opportunities.

Any information you include on your profile and any content you post or social action you take on our Services will be seen by others.
