Our Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training provides the basic technical information required to develop, implement and maintain a HACCP-based food safety system.

The training will cover three main areas:
– What is Food Safety
– What is HACCP
– How to Implement HACCP

HACCP is used in the food industry as a preventative approach to food safety. Our goal at FoodGrads is to provide relevant information that is aligned with the food and beverage industry.
