Job Description

The Head Chef demonstrates superior culinary talents by performing tasks while leading staff in a respectful work environment for our Port Credit location.

Our ideal candidate is creative with a strong knowledge of current trends along with demonstrated technical and organizational skills.  The Head Chef continually works to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.


  • Red Seal certification
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of guests, employees and management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiar with federal and provincial employment and labour laws
  • Serving It Right and Food Safe Handling certification
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada

Salary: Annual $50-60K

Schedule: 5 Days / week (ability to be flexible if needed)

Start Date: Immediate
