We have been in the Produce business since the 1930’s,primarily known for leafy greens. We sell commodities straight from the fieldor we add value to the commodities in our processing facilities. We currentlyserve the Retail, Wholesale and specialty services markets within NorthAmerica. We market under our own brand names or we offer private label optionsas a service. Our Queen Victoria brand, along with Lovin’ Life and Frisco’shave been consumer favorites for decades. We are Canadian and family-owned,currently on our third generation of the Ippolito name! We nurture strongrelationships with local growers – some of whom have been supplying us exclusivelyfor decades. We are vertically integrated. Along with our sister companies andexclusive suppliers, we grow, pack, ship, process, warehouse and distribute(full service) – we control our own supply chain from start to finish. Currently seeking to fill a CO-OP POSITION for a MARKETINGCOORDINATOR that reports to the DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES at our Burlington,ON location. The MARKETING COORDINATOR’S responsibilities include working onsales support initiatives including POS Design, Website Content Creation,Social Media Strategies, among other responsibilities.


Some of the day-to-day tasks involve (but not limited to):

Creating and presenting sales analysis reports

Market trend summaries and competitive reviews

Assisting with new product briefs

Coordinating consumer insights and/or research projects

Developing sales communication materials

Tracking the success of launches

Delivering excellent execution of innovation and marketinginitiatives


The following is a list of preferred candidate attributes:

Current student pursuing a scholastic degree in the field ofMarketing

Attention to Detail and are Creative

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Time Management Skills

Proficiency with Word, Excel, Photoshop (or similar),PowerPoint

Experience with Nielsen is preferred
