Education and/or Experience:
Completion of post secondary education in manufacturing/production management or a related field of study; and/or equivalent related work experience.
Leadership Skills – to ensure production, quality and safety targets are met
Interpersonal Skills – to ensure teamwork, dependability, motivation and listening skills; effective communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective coordination between departments; management of priorities and timelines
Effective analytical and problem solving skills – grasp the issues at hand and act quickly to resolve problems
