Job Description

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.  The ideal candidate will contribute to the morale and well-being of the culinary team by leading by example and demonstrating professionalism at all times.  You’ll assist with the on-boarding, training and development of new team members, supporting the Head Chef.

Qualifications:

  • Have an extensive culinary management experience in a full service restaurant.
  • Proven management skills including hiring, training, scheduling, discipline.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Have flexible full-time availability as needed.
  • Safe Food Handlers Certificate (preferred).

Salary: $35-40K

Schedule: 5 days/ week

Start Date: Immediate (Restaurant scheduled for May opening)
