About me

Graduate from the University of Helsinki with Food Biotechnology as a major subject and Food Technology as a minor subject. From my bachelor studies, i have gathered learning from fields like Molecular Biology, Industrial Biotechnology, Fermentation Technology and Microbiology. Strong education background with the Graduate studies focused in Food Science and Technology and Food Biotechnology from the University of Helsinki and Undergraduate studies in Industrial Biotechnology from Anna University ´outlines my studying experience.

Natural passion towards food and its constituents in combination with diverse technical knowledge gained from the field of biotechnology and food sciences, i would like to contribute my learning and ability for the betterment of society via. research and development projects aiding food industries to create an impact.

My strengths are self-determination, grit, commitment, perseverance and open-mindedness. I learn quickly from mistakes and love to credit people for their contribution wherever and whenever applicable. In addition, i encourage myself to engage with learning new skills such as language, martial arts and sports. 


Food product development, quality and food safety, packaging and sensory science research are some of my working interests. My short term career goals are: increasing professional knowledge and gaining work experience, learning about new working culture and functioning of food industries.
