Trained baker and pastry cook looking for quality experience at a company with the opportunity to grow and expand my skills. Graduated with honours from two programs at Humber College: Baking and Pastry Arts Management (diploma) and Advanced Chocolate and Confectionery Artistry (graduate certificate).

Proud Young Chef member of the Toronto branch of the Culinary Federation, currently serving as the Young Chef Liaison by assisting the board with social media, young chef outreach and correspondence, coordinating events, attending board meetings and reporting young chef findings to the board.
