A graduate of both Culinary Innovation Food Technology at Niagara College, and Culinary Management at St. Clair College, I have been cooking, creating and gathering knowledge for over 9 years in a range of kitchens environments.
I am an independent worker that also jives well with a solid team, always with a smile on my face. With interests in scientific applications of ingredients, I have been attracted to baking and the culinary industry for as long as I can remember, and always will be. I love learning new things, and in my time outside of work I continually learn new skills and hobbies to keep my mind sharp. I am talkative and friendly with great customer service skills and the ability to proudly sell product that I am passionate about.
I am seeking a position in a company that lets me work semi-independently, exercise some creativity, and lets me grow, but also trains their employees into valuable members of their workforce. Along with production and development work, I am capable of positions that handle at lot of face to face or phone conversation with clients and customers.
