I'm a Process Engineer consulting for clients in the oil & gas sector and seeking opportunities in the Food & Beverage and Confectionery industries. I am currently enrolled in Illinois Tech's M.A.S. Food Process Engineering program and have an expected graduation date of May 2023. My previous work includes leading innovation R&D projects in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and STEM education. Throughout my career I have demonstrated skills in public speaking, team leadership, coaching/mentoring, and lab/plant safety.
