About me

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Food Science and Technology at Cornell University, with a minor in Operations Management, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. My research focuses on nonthermal processing in developing high protein food. In particular, my interests include applying HPP to develop new textures in high-concentration plant or milk protein systems.
