My name is Clare. I have a Masters Degree in Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science. I have years of experience working in numerous roles in the food industry. Quite a large part of that based in food manufacturing and processing plants, working with the technical teams and production teams. I have worked in many different environments and can handle high stress surroundings. I am an excellent communicator and can adapt to many situations.
I have worked largely in Meat processing plants.
I want to further my career with the Quality Assurance teams within food companies, with the goal of sitting the CFSQA and becoming a Food Safety and Quality Auditor. I am looking to shadow a Food Safety Auditor to get some exposure to the position.
