About me

My name is Sara Mikhail and I am currently in the process of finishing my master’s degree in Bioresource engineering at McGill University.

Much of my previous work has been aimed at researching innovative techniques in food engineering as well tackling  food waste and environmental concerns in both Belgium and Barbados. Through these opportunities, I have gained knowledge and hands on experience.
