I am tasked with product formulation according to supplied briefs from product concept all the way through to factory integration and handover encompassing all aspects of technical input, product presentation and Professional Sensory Evaluation, Factory Integration and Process evaluation and validation.

Serving as a Grant Writer to the National Science Foundations " Partnerships for Enhanced Engagement in Research (PEER) " grant scheme for the commencement of curriculum development workshops. The proposed series of curriculum development workshops on Food Technology and Security —comprising food scientists, leading food industrialists/entrepreneurs andfood NGO sector personnel— aims to enhance pedagogy, the quality of research, create linkages between institution to institution, industry to industry (given ‘Food Production By-product Utilization’) and industry to institution in the agricultural sciences, with an emphasis on food security in Pakistan. On a national level, youth empowered with cutting edge, critical knowledge are desperately needed to improve and sustain the agricultural output on a national level. Having reviewed local curricula in the Food Sciences and Technology, there exist several technological/knowledge gaps which the curriculum development workshops will address in detail and formulatestrategies for remedying; in the service of introducing a rigorous ‘Food Technology and Security’ undergraduate degree at the Karachi Institute for Technology and Entrepreneurship.
