Lauren is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Public Health and Sociology and is currently pursuing a Master in Food Systems. Her interdisciplinary background includes Nutrition Health education following governmental guidelines, and non-profit experience in the food and environmental space. She is interested in the growing field of personalized nutrition, and is exploring the different components of the food system from an integrated scientific, ethical and inter-generational perspective through her role at Future Food Institute.
