DescriptionPrepare, issue and monitor purchase orders to ensure production requirements are met using ERP/MRP environmentEstablish, monitor and manage relationships with key suppliers and internal functionsAnticipate and communicate demand schedules to suppliers, escalate risks with vendors and internal teams and propose solutions and/or corrective actionsIdentify cost savings opportunitiesManage the RMA processEscalates any issues that impact productionMinimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service levelsApprove Freight invoices and Resolve invoice discrepanciesPerform other duties/projects/reports as requiredEssential RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management (minimum 3-year program)Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing, forecasting and inventory planningStrong negotiation skillsDetailed working knowledge of ERP/MRPStrong Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)Well-developed Communication (both written and verbal)Solid Analytical skillsHigh level of planning, organizational and Implementation skillsSelf-Motivated team playerAbility to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyExtremely organized and resourceful individual capable of multi-taskingAbility to stay calm in stressful situations
